Megan Fenton, M.A., LMFT, PMH-C
licensed therapist
License #136979
Throughout my time as a clinician, I have had the opportunity to work with women of different ages, life stages and cultural backgrounds. I am passionate about helping women reconnect with their authentic selves and empowering them to reclaim their identities, no matter what unique challenges they face.
As a therapist I am best known for my passionate energy, deep empathy and genuine relatability. I am committed to fostering a safe space to explore even the messy parts of life without shame or judgment. I am committed to helping you uncover and heal the deeper wounds that keep you from connecting with yourself and others.
My person-centered style of therapy focuses on understanding your specific needs, goals and desires for your healing journey. I use a variety of approaches to support each individual's therapeutic goals, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), EMDR, mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), emotionally focused therapy and depth-oriented talk therapy. I am committed to working together to find an approach that best suits you. Through our work together, you will learn self-compassion and gentleness; you will learn to silence the voice of your inner critic and you will find healing from the pain that you have been carrying.
Guilt and shame no longer have to define you or your past; together we can work towards building belief in what has always been true: that you're worthy of love, acceptance, and connection.
Your past no longer has to define your present; let’s reclaim who you are.
