I also specialize in relationships and couples therapy. I have advanced training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Prepare/Enrich Couples Counseling.  I help couples develop the tools they need to better navigate life’s many ups and downs as a team. Whether you are dating, engaged, or married, I can work with you to build and strengthen a loving and lasting connection.

Our sessions won’t just be you talking and me listening—I’ll provide honest feedback, practical tools, and relevant resources to help you make real, lasting changes. When I’m not doing therapy, you can find me enjoying my favorite activities like working out, leading book clubs, traveling, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Education and Credentials

Jessie holds an MS in Applied Human Development and Family Science from Northern Illinois University and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Jessie is certified in trauma-informed counseling, is a Prepare/Enrich Couples Therapy Certified Facilitator and has completed Level 1 & Level 2 Gottman Method Couples Therapy Training. Jessie offers in-person and online therapy in Orange County.
